Affect(s): To wield this artifact, the primary religion of the wielder must match the religion of the 'Ethereal City' Wonder. Wielder gains the following: >+1 Conversion Strength >Moderate bonus (+4) to conversion roles >-10% backlash chance to conversion roles >+1 vote (Per era) for “Ethereal City” Wonder >-1 complexity to changing "Ethereal Flow Doctrine" MRPs >+4 to diplomatic MRPs with nations/characters that are the religion of the 'Ethereal City' Wonder. >-4 to diplomatic MRPs with nations/characters that are not religion of the 'Ethereal City' Wonder. >The artifact is automatically transferred to the new "Flowvior Controller" character upon an election. If that character loses the artifact or willingly gives it to another character, this results in each flow nation losing a level of relations with that wielder (two if it was intentional). If this is done enough, this may result in religious schisms, or declarations of war. Description: Tall and slender, colored in the teal and white of the Conclave's colors.
